At 40s Plus Fitness we believe that every person can live a life to the full. Whether you are well and energetic, going through a transitional time in your life or whether you currently have a chronic illness, our fully qualified trainer Janet Thomas can help you. Our mission statement is clear:

“To equip and enable clients to feel valued and fit for life by providing a stimulating environment in which they can grow strong in body, soul and spirit.”

40s Plus Fitness achieves this mission through education and training on the physical, mental, emotional and social aspects of wellness.

Our objectives

40s Plus Fitness offers an enrichment opportunity for those over 40. Each client has a range of activities to choose from as well as surrounding themselves with people of like-mindedness and age. Clients are made to feel like they are not “just a number” that they are valued and belong to a large “family”.

Whether clients are well and energetic, going through a transitional time in life or whether they have a chronic illness, they are encouraged to work at their own pace and work WITH their bodies not against it. It is our philosophy at 40s Plus Fitness that every client feels safe, confident and comfortable.
